The Citroën Dispatch, Fiat Scudo and Peugeot Expert are all mid-size vans derived from PSA’s successful Efficent Modular Platform 2 (EMP2). All three models can be used as daily drivers while also having sufficient space to be converted into campervans that include a ‘rock-and-roll’ bed, kitchen area, cupboards and a small wardrobe. The Dispatch, Scudo and Expert lines don’t have the large campervan cult following VW’s Transporter enjoys but we still love the exterior styling of all three, plus their driving characteristics, such as the light steering, smooth ride, easy gear change and almost car-like feeling in the cabs.
Each model is available in short wheel base (SWB) and long wheel base (LWB) versions and a choice of low and high roofs, so there are plenty of options available when selecting a model to suit your vanlife requirements.
