Terms and Conditions of Service

1./ It is the customer’s responsibility to present the vehicle to us on their arrival and agree to the overall condition of the vehicle when it was received by Van2Camper. Failure to do so means Van2Camper will not accept responsibility for any damage highlighted when the vehicle is collected from us.

2./ We request customers present their vehicle to us in a clean condition in order for us to identify any scuffs or marks prior to conversion or modification. Van2Camper will not accept any responsibility for minor marks not seen due to dirt on the vehicle.

3./ In the unlikely event there should be a defect that we acknowledge is our responsibility the condition of our conversion and modifications service is that the vehicle should be returned to us with any cost incurred to our ourselves for the remedial work to be undertaken.

4./Any incorrect vehicle information supplied to us by the customer that incurs additional costs, must be paid for by the customer.

5./ While we endeavour to complete our campervan conversions and modifications within the dates and timescales agreed with our customers, we reserve the right to amend or revise start and end dates of work if necessitated by circumstances outside of our control. In these situations we will keep our customers informed as much as realistically possible.
